Yeah, this showed up on my N7 later yesterday afternoon. A bit disconcerting as I hadn't seen anything in reference to this in advance in the usual postings and websites, but I took a flyer and let it install. That done (unless you were aware of the build numbers), I found it equally disconcerting that there is no obvious reference to it in 'About tablet', like a .xx addition to the Version number.

Apparently, this was an upgrade to patch sporadic 'ghost tapping' on the screen (I had experienced that, usually temporarily resolved by a hard boot) and, perhaps, some GPS issues. Too early to tell if anything is fixed here.
The only weirdness was that my Wi-Fi notification (upper right) remained gray rather than blue when connected, but a couple of hard boots seems to have resolved that.

This very website says it was a security update. Nexus 4s got it also, mine did.
