Just wondering when the Galaxy 10.1 will be available in Canada, even pre-order will be nice.

I see that the 16 GB version is now up for pre-order in Canada,
Can't help but wonder why just the 16GB, which is a bit small for most of us.
How long till us Canadians can get the 32GB version?
