and it is asking me for password without
introducing one, and it is not running anymore.
Could you help me with a hint?

Welcome to Android Central! It's asking for a password at the lockscreen? What do you mean it isn't running any more--will it no longer boot up? Is this a netbook you bought brand new, or did you get it from someone else?
