100% awake while charging through USB/PC

Anybody here when charging your phone through USB port/PC get a 100% awake time?
The screen is shutting off on it's own for me (the option to stay awake while it's charging is UNchecked).
It took like 6 hours to charge from 15% to like 90% last night (not even full charge) but i had to leave so i took it off the usb cord.
Charging with the phone off via the USB/PC, charging with the phone on via AC, and charging with the phone off via AC are all working fine. no awake issues or slow charge rates.
Any ideas? is this normal?

I noticed the same thing. The phone will be awake 100% of the time while connected to usb. But in regards to the slow charge, are you using the usb cord that came with the EVO? I was using a cord from china on my gf's 2004 dell computer, and a couple nights last week it would charge EXTREMELY SLOW! I am talking 20% over 6 hours. I installed the HTC drivers on the computer. Improved somewhat, but not enough. So I restarted the computer and went back to the HTC cord and it worked much better.

yeah i'm stock everything... i think it started happening after i put king's 11 on.... but i switched to netarchy and it's still on..
