$100 Off Online

I just realized that I didn't get $100 off my GS3 purchase online and am wondering if I did something wrong. Is the $100 off (to make the price $199.99) a mail in rebate or did I just mess up badly?

Its a glitch in the online system. Happened to me and i called a rep and they didn't know why... next day went into a store and was able to order it at 199.

Happened to me also but ordering it in the store. I had an outdated family talk plan and it needed to be changed to a new family talk plan in order for me to receive the $100 off. I was on a Family Talk 900 and it was no longer offered so I switched it to a Family Talk 700. After that change the price of the phone went to $199 so that could be an issue also.

Thanks! I need to cancel the preorder tomorrow then go back in store and order it then.

Edit: does anyone know the best way to cancel the order? A sales rep said to call in the morning but is there a way online?
