120 fps video

So every spec list i see shows droid razr capable of shooting video at 120 fps in 480p. I cannot figure out how to change the fps setting. Help. thanks.

tap the gear icon and a list will pop up. I thought I read it will shoot 120fps in 720 but i could be mistaken.

If any body can figure this out would be great. I remember on the droid x it had slow motion and fast motion. Wish the razr had some kind of options like these.
