I got a Samsung S20 FE. The problem with it is the refresh rate. I'm seeing zero difference in scrolling smoothness when the 120Hz is enabled or disabled. (I enabled visual refresh rate in developer mode, meaning I can switch between both clearly and without error).
Also, is this phone supposed to have 'chunky' scrolling when scrolling very, very slowly? As I scroll on this phone, rather than display smooth movement even while very slowly scrolling, this phone will display each consecutive frame discreetly. It's not until one scrolls quickly with the thumb does the discrete frames go away, leading to smooth scrolling.
Are these common issues to this phone? Thanks!
