12GB of ram vs 8GB of ram

So those who went with 1TB is there any difference ram wise? I have the 512GB and 8GB of ram seems more than enough.

I personally think you will be fine where your at. The only reason I can see the move up is if you need the storage. I wouldn't do it for the ram.
