I had high expectations and got a great deal from One+. But sadly One+ emasculated the normal Android features making the device literally useless.
Two examples:
(i) the usual Android Direct Dial widgets are gone. I use direct dial widgets on the home screen to make one-touch calls to family, friends and clients. Tech support (assuming you can understand them) confirmed that they took that feature away. No explanation given. Does it save memory? Now I would have to put a short-cut to a contact on the home screen but still have to tap the contact and then tap to call. Yeah, one extra tap. But Lame.
(ii) the stock Android contacts app has been screwed over by One+. On all other Android phones, I was able to place unlimited notes in the "notes" section under a contact. But now, One+ decided to cap the number of characters you can place in the notes section (approximately 500 or so), making it entirely worthless. Tech support confirmed they changed the basic app. WHY?
I decided not to wait to see what else they ****ed up.
Sheer stupidity by One+.
Sent the 13R back to One+.
