15w Samsung Wireless Charger phone controls

Per the Samsung Website, phones with One UI 1.5 and higher you can control the fan and LED light from the Note 10. Where or how do you do this? Anybody know?

Can anyone answer this, is the led and fan only affected by setting the fast charger off between scheduled times? They make it sound like the fan and led are adjustable.
