It does make a difference , but slightly in games, games use your physical ram, extended memory works in multitasking ,
But the extended memory that comes with phone is less prioritized ,meaning 6 gb of extended ram cannot be fully used due to manufacturers firmware configurations by limiting Swappiness of the swap memory , and it cannot be changed unless your phone is rooted ,
I have root on my 6gb redmi note 10 pro and added 5gb with Swappiness of 100 percent ,
And for the first time in this phone I managed to keep 30 apps running in background without each refreshing , I've tested it many times , it just works
