1st November security update

Arrived this evening on my unlocked UK Exynos model.
I think that's the earliest I have ever gotten a security update and I have had Notes since the Note 2

AT&T Note10 Plus just rolled out November patch OTA on November 1st which i have never seen this happen in the 1st of the month.
