2.1 update questions

Havent touched my phone in quite a while because I have been very happy with its performance but recently it has been force closing and rebooting a lot. Currently I am running DL09 stock rom debloated with Stupidfast kernel. I havent messed with kernels much other than to put this one on here so i am a bit nervous to try upgrading to 2.2. What is the best way to go about updating to stock 2.2 with a 2.2 kernel?

Depends on whether you are comfortable with CWM, ODIN, or both. If you are only comfortable with ODIN, you can flash the wipe version of the ED01 debloated/deodexed ROM in this thread:

Or if you are comfortable using ODIN and CWM you can flash the ROM and modem separately by using this thread:
