2.2 and I lost everything

Ok my daughter updated her phone and lost all her emails, and calender is gone what gives any solution or has anyone experienced there emails disappearing.

I'm going to take a wild guess that the problem might be that she needs to do the setup wizard to set up her accounts and activate the sync for them. That should get things in order for contacts, email, calender, facebook etc. But I do want to ask, was her phone completely stock (unrooted, etc.) when she updated to 2.2 and was this done via OTA?

It was stock and it was OTA update.

I seen this but I thought that was just listing problems. My question would have been buried in the many pages!!

So did you check under settings to see if her google account was still activated after the update?

It was stock and it was OTA update.

Yeah I would first start by checking that her accounts are properly set up and that they are set to sync. Go in to settings then scroll to the bottom and start the Setup Wizard, just follow the steps to setup the accounts properly and make sure she sets them to sync on a schedule etc. I think that should fix the issue, hoping that it's not more severe than I think it is.
