2.2 battery drain

ever since i updated my phone to froyo it has constantly drained my batter. i used to have to charge my battery one a day, now im doing it 3 or 4 times a day. any help?

Should be good with Telus 2.2 upgrade in that dept. I found I had to power off completely (removing battery may helps as well) Wait for 20 sec or more. Then power it all back up and see how it goes. The soft reboots it does is not good enough.
