Hi everyone,
I have searched but cannot find the answer to my specific question.
After the Android 2.2 upgrade, can you listen to Verizon's Visual Voicemail on a bluetooth headset without A2DP capability? I know that 2.1 did not allow this, but thought that it may have changed in 2.2
The reason I ask is that I have a Droid incredible with 2.2 and Verizon Visual Voicemail. I have been using my first generation jawbone to listen to my voicemails. My jawbone just died today, so I would like to buy a plantronics voyager pro to replace it but the voyager pro is not A2DP capable. It would be a deal breaker for me if I cannot use my visual voicemail over the voyager pro so I would have to buy something else. I know that I could still dial 1 and go through it the old way but that is not nearly as convenient.
Thanks for the help.
