2.3.20 Rom Manager Issues

So i rerooted using z4. Tried to back up stock root with rom manager and it wont work. It reboots trys to back up, then reboots the phone.

I would really like to get back 2.3.15 then up to 2.3.40.

Any recommendations?

Try using these sbf/zip files (and RSD Lite if flashing an sbf) to get to 2.3.340

TBH Patches: 2.3.340-System, Baseband, 2.3.340-Kernel, Bootloader

Maybe I need,to deodex again as I reformatted my sd and re sbfed to, stock?
