At least according to @GoogleNexus.

"Android 2.3.4 OTA rolling out over the next few weeks! Has bug fixes for Nexus One, video chat for Nexus S. But a surprise is still to come!"
Twitter

Bug fixes are always nice. Haven't noticed too many as of late, but hopefully this will fix any screen blackouts.

I just got the OTA... screenshots coming soon..

This thread is getting a bit slow. Has everyone traded in there N1 already?:p

Anyone know what the changes are in this version? i know Google say "bug fixes" for N1 and that and camera chat for talk in the Ns.

But anyone noticed anything new yet? i've got loads of work on at the moment so i might wait till its all done and if the OTA hasn't hit me i'll do it myself.

I haven't noticed anything different yet. Wish we had voice and video in Gtalk also.

I seem to be having more Gmail sync issues since 2.3.4, though could be a coincidence as I have had occasional problems in the past sometimes much worse.

I have the OTA and haven't found anything new or any sync problems.

Lets just hope its prepping for an update from I/O! :P Wishful thinking?

Cannot Do a Manual Upgrade

I have an AT&T N1 that so far as I know is completely stock and has 2.3.3.

I followed widely available directions to do a manual upgrade to 2.3.4, mostly without trouble, but it didn't work. Here is an outline of the last few steps that I took and the results:

I chose "Flash zip from sdcard" and saw "Choose zip from sdcard".

I selected "update.zip".

I pressed the trackball to confirm "Install: update.zip?"

I saw several messages, ending with:
"E: No signature (226 files)"
"E: Verification failed"

"Zip verification failed!"
"Zip isn't signed correctly!"
"Installation aborted"

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
