2,3 and mobile switchboards

Hi, im trying to use my Gingerbread phone with our company mobile switchboard.. But I have a problem!

To transfer a call heres what we do according to instructions.

Person A(Me)
Person B(Customer)
Person C(Support Coworker)

Person A receives a call from Person B. Saying Hi I would like to get some support. I say ok let me transfer you to my support guy Person C. I then make a call (internal number 310) to Person C, and again call the number 4 (switchboard internal function to transfer the call between my 2 active calls) and hang up. This has worked in 2.2 but in 2.3 when I call 4 i get Call not sent..... How do I fix this?

Hi.

I also have the same problem with 2.3, after update it no longer works but worked fine in 2.2. I live in Norway and we use Netcoms Switchboard but it works the same way as described.

Hope someone have a workaround for this.

Ok, we are working on a solution for this via applications. But sofar this problem blocks us here aswell.
