2 apps camera access on Android

Hi.

Is there any option to do video streaming and talking skype or handgouts at the same time?

every time I run an app that requires camera it does not allow me to run saying that camera is busy.
Is there any camera splitter setup on an Android so I can run a skype and make streaming at the same time?

No, the cameras can only be connected to by one app at a time. (Someone could write an app that acted as a splitter, but I haven't seen one yet.)

yes, most splitters are for video editing..
and it should be not just an app, it should be like a process that is splitting and enables running skype active and active video recording at the same time...

interesting that you can run active skype and having active browser on an Android but no one ever made an active process for dual access to the camera stack...

kind of strange.
