Is it possible to have 2 IMEI numbers on my phone? I have the original number and a esim number. It all started when I made a claim to Assurant this past Monday and got my replacement Wednesday and that phone S22U was a 128 GB instead of 256GB. And everytime I check both IMEI numbers both come back as 128GB, so that's what they sent me. How could that have happened? Now I have to wait until next week when they receive my original replacement phone (128GB) and then wait til my original deductible is returned to my account before filling again. ..what a mess this has been.

But TMobile and Assurant keeps telling me I have a 128gb and not 256 gb, since that's what they sent me with my IMEI number. Why is that? And every IMEI checker online says the same thing 128gb.
Go to device care and open it >storage what does it say?

Yup 256gb storage , so you saying they gave this version when originally it was 128gb?

No, my personal S22U is 256GB, Assurant sent me 128GB instead of 256. But they meaning TMOBILE and Assurant keeps asking me if I have 128GB because it sounds like my IMEI comes back as 128GB instead of 256. Hoping they are not trying to pull a fast one on me by sending a lower storage and hoping I don't notice the difference and then trying wissel their way out of sending me the higher storage which costs more than the 128gb model.

Do you have the original box for your s22U? It will have the GB size & the IMEI# both printed on the box label. That should be proof enough.

What about your receipt from time of purchase? Any useful info on it?

Kilroy, here is something interesting about T-MOBILE. We have 2 Samsung S22 256gb phones, both while we were on AT&T. I took my phones to T-Mobile keeping my phone numbers. When I log in to my account on T-Mobile it shows both phones are 128gb. So, the issue is with T-Mobile not your phone. Best bet, go to a REAL T-Mobile store, not an authorized Dealer to get the issue resolved.

Problem solved. Got my correct S22U in today and everything is correct storage size.
