UK sim-free version

1st update 28mb got the kernel date up to 8th October
2nd update 24mb got the kernel date up to 12th October

both updates offer stability improvements

FWIW, Sprint in the USA had an update available on day 1 -- see https://community.sprint.com/baw/message/649172 for info. It looks like the main point was to eliminate the possibility of benchmark boosting. My phone notified me about be very quickly. Maybe since this the Note 3 is a new device, they're pushing it out basically as soon as people activate the phones.
