2 questions!!!!!!!!!! sound on blue tooth sound not clear on start up and how do get widget for th

I ran out of title space..
Question #1 The sound on my blue tooth (blue ant) is intermittent for the 1st 30 seconds,when I turn on the headset, then it clears up and is ok and everything is normal. So what I have been doing is turning on the unit and let it warm up for 30 seconds and then turn on the app and everything is fine. Is this normal???
Question #2 how do I get/make a widget for this URL...I had it before...My unit was replaced and now I have to reinstall my apps...the url was sent to me and all I had to do was install it on my PC

Can someone help me out

For #1 I use a bluetooth Plantronics stereo set and my car stereo, never had that issue.
For #2 I never used such widget, but maybe someone else can chime in.
