2012 3g or 2013 wifi 32Gb

I'm looking to get a nexus 7 32Gb. Would I be better getting a 2012 with 3g or paying a bit more for the 2013 version with wifi only? I'm not worried about the 3g but it is about ?60 cheaper.

Any help would be appreciated.

3g is so 2000s. Free wifi is everywhere.

I'd go wpqe version because last years nexus 7 is good but over time the better choice would be the 2013 model
