I have a 1 year old nexus 7 that worked perfectly until my boxer bullmastif mix decided the leather cover was a chew toy and she cracked the screen in the corner. I ordered a replacement touch/LCD screen assembly and installed it, now the touch portion is almost unusable. Ghost touches apps close on their own.
I use it as a time killer, portable media device for movies and such. It really worked perfect for what I used it for.
I am going to try a second screen assembly, can anyone give ma a source for a quality replacement?
If all replacement screens are a craps shoot I am thinking about replacing it with the shield tab, any thoughts?
