This release appears to be mainly for the February 2021 Android Security patch.
It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you should check... Settings > Software update... to see if it has arrived for you.
Be advised, initial roll-out is mainly to stock Samsung unbranded devices and it may take longer to arrive on some carrier branded models.
