2g / 3g Toggle on the Atrix

Anyone know if the Atrix able to toggle between 2G and 3G?

I've tried Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks, but it doesnt give me an option for it.

Are there any widgets or apps available to on the market?

Kind of new to this android OS
