Who here still has their Urbane and are you having any issues with it?

I have been using mine daily for the past 2 months with narry a problem. This is the best smartwatch there is. I love:

-GPS
-BT
-Wifi
-Cellular that works even overseas and no SIM lock!!!
-Fully round PAMOLED screen, the best on any smartwatch today at 480x480 px
-Phenomenal battery life (after tracking a run for almost 4 hours yesterday, my battery was still at 65%!! On the same trail, my previous watch, the Gear S, died after 2 hours.)

My GPS problems went away once I started wearing the watch over a sleeve or wristwallet and not too tightly. With the Wear GPS app, my watch locks onto satellites even in areas with very poor signal, like today, where my Gear S would take 20 mins or more to find a signal, and my Suunto just gave up.

The only things that would make this watch even better would be the ability to use a BT headset for voice calls and access to cellular settings like APN, SMS, etc.

I use my Urbane LTE almost every day and I haven't had any issues at all with it. Everything works great, the GPS is good, LTE works perfectly, battery life is awesome. No complaints at all! I also have a Moto 360 2 and I basically don't use it any more because the Urbane is so much better!

Best decision I ever made not taking it back!

I'm not sad I sold mine on ebay, but I do miss it. I'll be happy when something comparable comes out and I can jump back into the world of smartwatches.

I wish I hadn't turned mine back in but I got it with 2 year contract, plus for some reason I nor the att store could activate it. But, to me it's the best looking smartwatch out right now.

I bought mine on launch day and decided to keep it. I love the watch, it looks great and works perfectly. I bought it through ATT and planned to activate it through T-Mobile, but we could never get it to work on the network. Due to that I have never used the cellular features of the watch, but it works fine tethered to my phone and I can take phone calls on it when it is tethered. I am glad I kept it.

Yeah, I tried to get my wearables sim card to work with it as well, especially since I called them to make sure it would work BEFORE I bought it. The watch works with any sim I put in it, including my T-mo phone's sim, just too bad about the T-mo wearables not working with it.

I just got mine last week, Took a chance and bought one on ebay, I'm in Ireland so was not sure if it would be unlocked or if it would even work on the Irish networks.
Delighted to say the watch is unlocked and works on my network , Fantastic watch, better than anything I have had so far (Samsung gear s, Lg urbane , Samsung gear s2 classic )

Congrats to your purchase! I used mine in Europe with a European sim while on vacation as well, but just never got LTE speeds, due to the bands. And agree, it seems to be the very very best out there, coming from the Gear S previously. (The battery life alone is jawdropping by comparison.)

I keep waiting for LG to re-release it.

If/when they do re-release it I will get it. I should have never turned mine back in. I think it is the best looking smartwatch out there.

Miss the watch...but really not sad for selling it for $750 on Ebay...so weird that someone would buy it for that price....crazy..

I had mine on Ebay and got cold feet and reconsidered, so pulled the listing, which was already at $660 13 hours before auction end. I am so glad I did! It has now been 3 wonderful months with the very best smartwatch ever. This baby was at 70% battery life when i went to bed last night (charged after my early morning run before work).

And: I am still drooling over its display :)

Still extremely happy with the watch. Set my phone to forward calls to my watch if I don't answer within 15 seconds. Has negated not having numbersycn option.

I made the mistake of turning my first one in. If it looks like the first one I will get it. Love the look and function of that watch!! Best looking one out there. I currently have the Gear s2 and would flat swap it back in a minute for the urbane 2 LTE... Looking forward to it.

Still here and still going strong. I'm still waiting for this thing to explode or die or for the screen to fade. It's just not happening. And after that $100 credit, it was a no brainer to keep.

Remind me again, how did you get the credit AND get to keep the watch? I never even tried to get the credit, since i knew I was going to keep mine.

According to this article, it will be back later this year as well as another new and different smartwatch.

No LG Nexus or G Flex this year, but the Watch Urbane 2nd Edition is coming back

I was hoping they'd re-announce it at MWC.

You get the credit automatically if you have an AT&T account. No credit for those not with AT&T.
