Ok, I had verizon replace my first Eris because the trackball stopped working. It also had a bad habit of shifting home screens when the phone moved side to side.
Now, I have an issue where the tracking device in the phone seems to move on its own. Example: i will be in my Inbox for messaging, and the scroll begins moving downward as if i am tracking south to find a message. It also does this in Gmail, it wants to select the most southern item it can forcing me to lay the phone flat so it cannot move on its own.
Does anyone else have this issue? I think it has to do with the trackball and the device used to sense the movement of the trackball? Not sure....
