2nd thoughts - data drop out w/4 bars for voice

getting frustrating. I guess voice is still # priority for emergencies, etc and have had no voice problems, but it's a pain when you know you're close to an antenna because you have 4 bars, but all are gray, and you have no 3g or 4g. Had phone on CDMA only...
