3.1 and battery life

I read in one place online that the battery life of the A500 improved significantly with the 3.1 upgrade. Thing is, I can't find any other information on this, no confirmation, no estimates of amount increased, etc.

So, my question is, for those who have gone from 3.0 to 3.1, has there been a significant change, if so, by how much?

The reported battery life on initial reviews (with 3.0) were a bit of a deal breaker for me, if 3.1 has really improved things that much, I might be more tempted. Then again, if 3.1 also made the Asus Transformer even more efficient, I still might have to look in that direction for my Android tablet fix.
