3 digit numbers on camera screen?

Hi all,

What are the little 3-digit numbers on the top of the settings bar in camera mode? You can see them at :35 seconds and :40 seconds of the youtube video review below. They are "256" and "254", located right after the settings and microphone icon. I have NO CLUE what these are, and I've seen them only once on my phone a few days ago; and never before, or since then. It's baffling me.

I can't post a link it's telling me, but if you run a youtube search for "samsung s4 mini camera review" it's the first video.(5min and 22sec one posted by "Mobiscrub")

It's really baffling me, even the Samsung Tech Support person I spoke couldn't figure it out.

Well yeah, possibly, but how come for over a year I've never once seen that, then suddenly it happened once, and now I can't get it to happen again. It was literally a one time thing, yet I've seen it on a handful of video reviews. (and no one makes mention of it)
