3 Hardkeys not working after screen replacement?

Hello, again. Earlier this month the LCD on my droid X went bad. While my screen was bad all 4 of my hard keys worked. I got a screen in and took my phone completely apart, and found out I got the wrong screen. I put the old LCD back in and all 4 hard buttons worked still. I got the correct screen a few weeks later, replaced it. The screen works great but my 'search', 'back', and 'home' hard keys will not respond (all 4 LEDs are lit). My apps/settings one still works and my mic still works. Is there a fix or am I out of luck?
