3 tools you need to put on your S5 right now

I have just tried to help a guy who's phone has a broken screen. He needs to get the stuff off of it before the new S5 arrives.

I got all three already, but I will +1 this post and the apps because there is no end to the amount of people who screw up their phones and come in to the retail store where I work begging for help. We can't access Kies or anything from our computers so we are helpless to the customer. People please think about the future of your phones. You are not exempt from troubles. I have a Defender case on my phone but something could still happen to it.

Does kies work better on the s5? It never worked on my s3 so I didn't try in my s5.

Not bad advice.. For me it wouldn't work. I backup my stuff all to Google... Apps I can simply reinstall with an issue on a new phone .
