3 way phone calls

anyone know why when I'm on a phone call with multiple people I can't control who I hang up,there usually is a little menu or something you can click on to be able to control the call,now if I take it off LTE and drop down to 4g the menu shows and I'm good,just wanna know why I can't do it while on LTE,I know 99% of you guys have never made a phone call lol

Haha! I avoid them like the plague! I even block the work number, they can message me if they want something....
