30 day Email Sync Exchange

I am new to Android from Blackberry and help or ideas on the 30 day limitation on email sync? Do I safe or mark important emails in some way that I might want to reference after the 30 day time limit? other ideas?

Just use the "all" option. It will sync all mail in the folders you choose to sync.
