30 minute time out on calls?

[AC Question]

I'm not a heavy call user on my phone. Today i was on customer support call and I lost connection 2 times around the 30 minute mark. It could be on their end and not my phone, just wondering if anybody else have this experience? I'm on the nexus 5x.

Hi, this wouldn't be the phone, it could be your service provider, but it more than likely would have been the caller you were speaking to.
