Not sure why the question. The amount of available storage has no bearing on system performance. Unless your system memory (not storage) is low, but that isn't the same thing.

I am inclined to agree with lonewolf. When I had my 2013 X, I had to really work at it to make it stutter. And even then, I couldn't keep up to the OS in how it handled app management.
