32gb vs 64gb

Is the storage all the difference? Nothing else?

Switching from my Droid 64gb and I've got it packed I thought and have 31gb left of 52 available...

But if that was 12 used for system plus my 21 used... Is over 32gb...?

Correct or no?

Well the system could use more or less than the Droid. Also the conversion from decimal to binary
