32gig micro sd for G1?

I've searched, but haven't found a definitive answer yet...so...sorry if this has been covered before.

When the 32gig micro sd cards become available...does anyone know if the G1 will even be able to support them?

So far I've heard "yes" and "no" and I would like to narrow it down.

Yea I believe this is all false... maybe for the My Touch 3g but not for G1

Ah...Okay. Thanks for the response...I guess I'll stop waiting, and just get the 16gig.

From what I have been told, and seen, as long as the card is 2.0 compatible it should work. Before the 16Gig came out I was told it wouldn't be compatible, but lo and behold, 2.0 capable and it works great.

Officially, the G1 supports up to 8GB cards.
