See my rant/story in the Verizion discussion for full details....I will sum up here:
Wife and I got pre-order VZW S3s...neither could hold a call for long. 4 later for me, 5 later for her...we finally have S3s that will hold a call for longer then 3 minutes and have the right battery and storage amount in them. Wife dropped hers last week, cracked the scree BAD. Got an Asurion replacement, back to not being able to hold a call. Crawl in the @$$ of a VZW tech support rep, 2 supervisiors later, they send us each an iPhone4. Wife trades over, I keep my S3.
Now to the post/question. With her iPhone4 she is getting better voice signal then she did ever with an S3. No dropped calls, and getting 2-3 bars of service in the parking garage at work where as before she would get no service. Now I know that the Samsung radios are not the best in the industry, but could the issue be the CDMA and the sim card for 4g service? There is nothing different she is doing, only the diffrence in the iPhone 3G service and the S3 4G service.
