Hey all, has anyone noticed the 3G icon change color?

My icon was just white for a second then changed back to blue.
I don't get it.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I really need to learn to ask Google questions first before blindly asking forums. Lol

I found that when the icon is white, the phone has not fully secured a connection and is still syncing.

I wish they would swap the colors as the contrast between the status bar and icon is to low. Especially in the sun.
I could just root and theme the phone, but I honestly don't want to do that until Verizon stops supporting the phone.
Probably only have to wait 6 months for that, lol

Well, I've been debating it. For now, im electing not to root yet. Eventually I will.
This phone is my only line of communication and in winter, I can't risk not having a phone in case something goes wrong.
I don't have a backup phone yet.

Luckily, modifying android is a ton easier than old handsets.

Im still noobish in rooting and such but from my understanding is that if something goes wrong all you have to do is take .sbf back to stock and your safe. But I am 100% on that.
