I haven't seen much info on it other than a "few" features such as custom lock screen and ink effect. All been seeing a "unlock LTE". I thought TMO's note2 didn't have the LTE chip because TMO runs on 4g, not LTE. How do you unlock hardware with software? Sorry if I sound like I've been living under a rock.

The Note 2 has an LTE radio, 4.1.2 did a couple of things, one was to activate the LTE radio in anticipation of their LTE roll out.
