4.1 crashing on galaxy note 10

Is there an upgrade os I can go to or should reseting to factory settings do it. Would prefer the up grade since they stopped support for version.

Welcome to Android Central! Based on your previous posts, I presume this is the GT-N8013 (Galaxy Note 10.1). SamMobile shows that the latest firmware only went as high as 4.1.2: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-N8013/

Doing a factory reset won't downgrade the OS. In order to downgrade, you'd have to try using Odin to flash a lower firmware (like the 4.0.4 version on SamMobile): http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
