SamMobile shows that the latest firmware only went as high as 4.1.2: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-N8013/ Doing a factory reset won't downgrade the OS. In order to downgrade, you'd have to try using Odin to flash a lower firmware (like the 4.0.4 version on SamMobile): http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html I moved this post to the Galaxy Note 10.1 forum.
