4.1 update issues with Camera Folders

Ever since the switch from Sprint to T-mobile network update on my simCard. I have been noticing every time a new folder is created on my Gallery like Facebook or Pintreat, they seem to stay on my phone for a few weeks and then it's deleted on its own. I do not have these 2 specific folders backing up to Google photos but when I go into Google photos they are in their.
Im.not sure what is going on and could use some help.

Using your file manager app, explore the phone's Internal Storage and find what actual directory those photos are saved to. What's the pathname for those directories?

Do u have One drive enabled in gallery settings?
Also is Google photos back on ?

One drive isn't on under my Gallery Settings.
As far as Backup yes its on for Google photos.
