Updated my Nexus 4 to 4.2.2. It rebooted and installed the update and said 'optimising apps'. Then phone then booted back on, and asked me for my SIM pin. I entered it, and 'SIM unlocking' appeared and wouldn't go. Couldn't get into my phone. Powered down and turned it back on, let me unlock the SIM and all is good now.
Curious if anything else needed to be done while the 'SIM' unlocking part appeared? I haven't like stopped the upgrade half way have it? I checked in about phone and it said I have 4.2.2. Just wondering why SIM unlocking got stuck?
