4.2 - ellipsis symbol doesn't react well

Has anybody noticed that the ellipsis soft key (...) which appears on some apps doesn't react well when touched? I hit it often when use my Dolphin Browser and often nothing happens. They must have decreased its touching area. I must point exactly in the center to activate it. It worked fine in 4.1.2 Android. Or my phone goes bad.
