4.2 update up for note 8.0

I updated my firmware using Kies after seeing this thread. My Note says version 4.1.2. Is it a progressive rollout?

Can it be downloaded anywhere? My Note 8.0 is still on 4.1.2 and drains it's battery far too much when sleeping.
