I can't wait for the threads, "my app doesn't work!" Still, it'll be worth the trade-off. Facebook is losing location. Soon.

Yeah, for support, they will probably need to add a "revert all permissions" option or something to make it easier. And it might be a good idea to keep this stuff hidden.
 
It is not as good as it seems. I revoked some Facebook permissions and it still works fine. It also tells you whether the app is actually using that permission before you revoke it. I anted to prevent Facebook loading on startup (as well as many other apps) and that is not an option. Too bad......

Did you restart/reboot after changing the permissions? I suspect it only affects the next launch of an app and if it is still in memory, it will be unaffected.

That is a shame, although it is not quite a permission, that might be why it is not listed. But it would be very useful.

Maybe not, but it is in the list of permissions when you go to install an app. That's good enough for me. :)

Yes, I rebooted. Facebook still works fine.
