4.3 Hidden Permission Manager

Looks like Android 4.3 comes with a hidden permission manager. Use this Permission Manager to access the settings. This app does not require any special permissions and root is not needed to use the permission manager. Users will be able to control what sensitive data apps can see and access. This ensures we, the users stay in control of our devices and can use apps with more confidence.
